Use of the AP SportsPowerTM system is subject to the terms and conditions of your AP SportsPowerTM agreement with AP. AP is the owner or licensee of all sounds and files contained herein. AP retains all of its rights in the sounds and files. Under your AP SportsPowerTM agreement with AP you receive a nonexclusive, limited license to reproduce and publicly display sounds retrieved through AP SportsPowerTM for the purposes of audio programming transmitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of your AP News Report Agreement. You receive no additional rights, including the rights to redistribute, archive or otherwise store such sounds.
